Your purchase of a course or ebook grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the associated Content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. This license does not grant you any right to:
•Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Content.
•Publicly display or perform the Content.
•Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Content.
•Use the Content for any commercial purpose.
Any unauthorised use of the Content is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your account and legal action.

7. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

7.1 Pricing

Prices for our courses, ebooks, and other digital products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Payment

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all purchases made through your account.

7.3 Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:
  • Courses: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to
  • Ebooks and Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Refunds will only be considered for technical issues that prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved by our support team.

7.4 Cancellations

Subscriptions to any recurring services (if applicable) can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until that time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BSN, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORISED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BSN, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account’s) violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BSN regarding the use of the Services.
